Warranty Policy

1/ All units supplied by Auto Electrical Spares Ltd, carry a 12 month or 20,000 km warranty, which ever occurs first.

2/ Auto Electrical Spares Ltd liability is limited to repair, replacement or credit for the value of the product sold within 12 months of invoice date. If product is found to be defective , Auto Electrical Spares Ltd will not be responsible beyond the value of the defective item, nor in anyway be responsible for any damage or expenses caused by defective goods.

3/ Auto Electrical Spares Ltd will not be liable to replace any part which has been altered, defaced, modified or treated in such a way the company finds unacceptable.

4/ It is the installers responsibly to ensure the correct unit has been correctly installed and is functioning properly before releasing the vehicle.

5/ All goods remain at our risk until dispatched to the customer from our warehouse, but then title and responsibility will immediately pass to the customer pursuant to clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Trade, and then the goods are at the customers risk whether of not delivery is made.

6/ NOTE IMPORTANT - Any potential claim must be discussed and action agreed with Auto Electrical Spares Ltd before any further actions are implemented. Call 09 838 6700 first quoting invoice number and purchase date.

Auto Electrical Spares Ltd (refer clause 2 ) will take no responsibility for actions initiated by customers regarding any potential claim without their prior agreement
